@slackerboi12 Nicky was behind the car bombing, Ace new it, and so did the bosses.
No he didn’t put the bomb in himself, he had one of his guys do it, but he was behind it.
“The bombing was never authorized,
but I suspect I know who lit the fuse.
And so did the powers that be.”
Right from the movie, after he said so did the powers that be (the bosses) the next scene is Nicky getting whacked.
Nicky mighta ran vegas, but Ace is the one who kept money rolling in. Thats what they cared about.
