Lets say I have $60 million dollars and want to open up my own casino? First question is would $60 million be enough to start a small off the strip casino? How would I go about it getting licenses etc?
I would think that $200 million is more like it. Second thing is hire the right people to run it for you.

Kinda a pointless question. I’m pretty sure if you actually had $60 million you wouldn’t be asking how to start a business on Yahoo Answers.
