The guys with the shields and the chainsaws all drop pills, so kill them if you need health. The BB Challenge here is the Money Shot II, and I do very poorly at it (as in the first time) but you still get credit for your kills, so it’s not a total loss.

the stronger …
the stronger versions of the thugs in the last area are also just as tough as these enemys but they dont have shields
